Our Induction Gold & Silver Melting & Vacuum Casting Machine is designed for jewellery casting units where both melting and casting operations are required on a single system. The machine combines high-efficiency induction melting with a vacuum-assisted casting system, ensuring consistent metal quality and defect-free castings.
This machine is available in two power configurations:
During melting, the induction system provides fast, uniform heating with stable temperature control, maintaining proper metal liquidity without oxidation. Automatic metal stirring ensures homogeneous melting and eliminates the need for carbon rods, resulting in clean metal and minimal loss.
For casting, the machine uses a high-performance vacuum pump, which plays a critical role in casting quality. Strong vacuum ensures proper metal flow into the casting tree, resulting in perfect filling, zero porosity, clean strings, and sharp detailing. This makes the machine suitable for tree casting, micro casting, and paper casting applications.
Two vacuum pump options are available based on casting requirement:
The system features double body construction, where melting & casting units are separated from the chiller and vacuum pump, ensuring better heat management, safer operation, and longer machine life. An external industrial-grade chiller maintains stable operating temperature during continuous full-day operation.
