Our Gold & Silver Bar Casting Machine is a fully automatic, high-performance solution designed for precise and consistent casting of gold and silver bars. This machine operates on 3-phase power and is equipped with an integrated vacuum pump and industrial chiller, ensuring superior metal quality and flawless bar formation.

The machine features an advanced digital display panel, where all operating parameters are clearly visible and controlled. With our in-house developed software, users can easily set and customize the cycle time separately for gold and silver bars, allowing complete process control and repeatable results.

Bars are cast using ISO-grade carbon graphite dies, which ensure accurate weight, uniform shape, excellent surface finish, and long die life. This machine is ideal for refineries, and bullion manufacturers looking for reliable, professional-grade bar production.
