The Vacuum Gypsum Powder De-Airing Machine is used in jewellery casting to remove air bubbles from gypsum powder filled inside the flask. This machine does not perform mixing. Instead, it applies vacuum and vibration to the already filled flask, allowing trapped air to escape from the plaster material.

When gypsum powder and water are poured into the flask manually, air pockets often remain inside, which can lead to weak moulds and casting defects. This machine creates a strong vacuum environment combined with controlled vibration, ensuring proper settling of the plaster and complete removal of air bubbles.

The vacuum process helps achieve dense, smooth, and uniform plaster moulds, which are essential for fine casting, micro casting, and defect-free jewellery production. The operation is simple, fast, and highly effective, making it suitable for regular use in jewellery casting workshops.
